I have the privilege of attending the 15th International Aviation Research Council (The International Council of the Aeronautical Science-15) held in London, United Kingdom from September 7 to September 12, 1986, with the delegation of CAA. ICAS is the highest level academic conference in the aviation community, held every two years to discuss issues of concern to people in the field of aviation research. The annual meeting of advanced composite materials research and development given great importance. The conference listed advanced composite materials as one of the five central topics. ICAS discussed the use of composite materials for aeronautical applications and around the current aerospace composite materials
