综合太阳能的优点,设计构建了一种新型的太阳灶聚光集热-减压膜蒸馏式海水淡化系统装置,以太阳灶作为太阳能聚光集热系统提供热源,以质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液模拟海水进行了脱盐实验。研究了太阳灶作为太阳能聚光集热系统光强度和温度的变化,运用太阳灶聚光加热进料海水温度后对膜通量、截留率、淡水电导率的影响以及换热系统对淡水换热冷凝的影响作用。结果表明,当系统运行稳定,太阳灶在温度方面表现出了良好的特性,淡水的电导率均在5.59μS/cm左右,截留率达到99.9%,换热效率达到80%左右。
Based on the merits of solar energy, a new type solar collector-evaporative membrane desalination desalination system was designed and constructed.
