通过对膜蒸馏过程及热电制冷的分析,以前期太阳能空气隙膜蒸馏系统实验数据作为基础数据进行耦合实例计算,定义耦合特性参数、耦合工况、最优耦合工况,建立耦合特性参数方程,通过求解得出采用热电制冷时并非制冷面温度越低膜蒸馏通量越大。针对最优耦合工况的选取,提出最大产水量和最佳经济性2种判定准则。对比2种判定准则发现,仅有少数耦合工况同时满足2种判定准则,且随着料液温度Tf的增大,按照2准则所确定的理论膜蒸馏通量差值在波动中逐渐增大。
Based on the analysis of membrane distillation process and thermoelectric cooling, the experimental data of the previous solar air gap membrane distillation system are taken as the basic data to calculate the coupling examples, and the coupling characteristic parameters, coupling conditions and optimal coupling conditions are defined, and the coupling characteristic parameter equations are established. By solving the thermoelectric cooling obtained when the cooling surface is not the lower the higher the membrane distillation flux. According to the selection of the optimal coupling conditions, two judgment criteria are proposed, which are the maximum water yield and the best economy. Comparing the two criteria, it is found that only a few coupling conditions satisfy the two criteria at the same time. With the increase of feed liquid temperature Tf, the theoretical membrane distillation flux difference determined according to 2 criterion increases gradually .
