On April 29, a total of 29 winners were selected through secret ballot by the 10th Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award Council, including: Achievement Award to China's Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Expert, Chinese Academy of Engineering Qian Zhengying, Engineering Prize 15, Youth Award 1 3 people. The winners' fields of expertise are more diverse and the age groups are more distinctive. Among the project winners, young and middle-aged scientists and technicians account for 46.6% of the total. Since its establishment in 1996, Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Prize has been awarded for ten times. A total of 201 engineering specialists in engineering and technology circles of our country were awarded. In the review mechanism, always adhering to the ”high standards, high requirements and high quality
