电力企业作为国有企业的重要组成部分,担负着重要的社会责任、政治责任和经济责任。随着社会的飞速发展和改革开放的深入推进,电力企业员工队伍的结构、思想、环境都发生了巨大变化,出现了一些新的“热点”、“难点”问题。因此,电力企业管理也应当与时俱进,深刻认识重视和倡导人本管理对企业发展的重要意义,分析当前电力企业管理工作面临的问题,提出倡导人本管理的创新方法和有效途径,从而真正使人本管理作为企业管理中的重要一环服务于企业中心工作和促进企业平稳快速发展。
As an important part of state-owned enterprises, power enterprises shoulder important social responsibility, political responsibility and economic responsibility. With the rapid development of society and the deepening of reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the structure, thinking and environment of the workforce of power enterprises, and some new problems such as “hot spots” and “difficulties” have emerged. Therefore, the management of electric power enterprises should keep pace with the times, profoundly understand the importance of valuing and advocating humanistic management to the development of the enterprises, analyze the problems that the electric power enterprises manage, and propose innovative methods and effective ways of advocating humanistic management. Truly people-oriented management as an important part of business management services in the business center and promote the steady and rapid development of enterprises.
