例1,男,34岁。1990年6月20日将矮壮素原液误入口中,未入胃而来院,当时除口腔麻木外,无其他中毒症状,给予口腔漱洗后观察一天痊愈出院。例2,女,55岁。1990年7月2日误服矮壮素原液约200ml,来院时呼吸心跳停止。死前有呕吐,口及鼻腔有分泌物,从服药到死亡约1小时。例3,女,23岁。1990年9月13日误服矮壮素原液约250ml,来院时呼吸道有分泌物,呼吸急促,瞳孔无异常,给予清水洗胃及呼吸中枢兴奋剂,但仍死于洗胃过程中,病人先呼吸停止而后心跳停
