在底饲回燃飞灰循环流化床燃烧试验台和35 t/h流化床锅炉上进行了焦作无烟煤和北京王平村无烟煤燃烧试验。结果表明,飞灰循环燃烧后,飞灰颗粒粒径有所变小,飞灰含碳量普遍下降,且最大含碳量粒径有所减小,对提高燃烧效率作用显著。对中低质煤应选取较低循环倍率,在保证满意的燃烧效果前提下,尽可能降低动力消耗和减轻受热面磨损。
Anthracite burning tests were conducted on anthracite coal in Jiaozuo and Wangping, Beijing on the bottom feed back-fired fly ash circulating fluidized bed combustion test bed and the 35 t / h fluidized bed boiler. The results show that after the fly ash is circulated and burned, the particle size of the fly ash becomes smaller, the carbon content of the fly ash generally decreases, and the maximum carbon content decreases, which has a significant effect on improving the combustion efficiency. Medium and low quality coal should be selected lower cycle rate, to ensure satisfactory combustion under the premise of minimizing power consumption and reduce heating surface wear.
