目的了解海宁市基层卫生人员疾病预防控制培训工作效果,为开展有针对性和有效性的培训,加强基层公卫人才队伍建设提供依据。方法采用现场理论测试和即时问卷调查方法,对全体参培学员进行培训实施质量及效果评估调查。结果现场理论测试优秀率为86.60%,合格率为13.38%,不合格率为0.03%。学历、职称、单位级别和类别、培训项目的测试结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);问卷调查显示,教学质量总满意率为95.08%,基本满意率为4.85%,不满意率为0.07%,学员对教学内容的评估差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疾病预防控制培训工作质量评估是保证培训效果的重要举措。应针对不同特征人群选择合理的培训方式,保证培训内容连贯、系统,切实提高培训各个环节的工作质量及效果。
Objective To understand the effect of disease prevention and control training of grassroots health personnel in Haining City and provide basis for carrying out targeted and effective training and strengthening the construction of public health personnel at grassroots level. Methods Using on-the-spot theory test and real-time questionnaire survey method, we conducted a survey on the quality and effectiveness evaluation of all the participating trainees. Results The excellent rate of field test was 86.60%, the pass rate was 13.38% and the failure rate was 0.03%. (P <0.01). The questionnaire survey showed that the total satisfaction rate of the teaching quality was 95.08%, the basic satisfaction rate was 4.85%, the dissatisfaction rate was 0.07% respectively. There was a significant difference in the evaluation of teaching contents among the students (P <0.01). Conclusion Quality control of disease prevention and control training is an important measure to ensure the effectiveness of training. We should select reasonable training methods for different characteristics of people and ensure that the contents of the training are consistent and systematic and effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of training in all aspects.
