用荧光法研究了白桦(Betulaplatyphyla)不同无性系、同一无性系接穗的不同砧木及不同年龄间植株的花粉生命力差异,并用培养基法进行了白桦花粉人工萌发试验。通过比较荧光法与人工萌发法测定花粉生命力的效果,提出在实际工作中可用荧光法代替人工萌发来测定白桦花粉的生命力。
Fluorescence method was used to study the differences in pollen viability between different clones of Betula platyphyla, different rootstocks of the same clonal scion and plants of different ages. The artificial germination test of birch pollen was carried out by culture medium method. By comparing the effect of fluorescence and artificial germination on the pollen vitality, we proposed that fluorescence could be used instead of artificial germination to determine the viability of white birch pollen in practical work.
