云南省昆明市恒隆广场主楼高度达349 m,地下4层,位于地震带。为满足抗震要求,主楼剪力墙和地下室均采用了大量钢骨结构,由于钢柱及钢板墙体量大、厚度厚、分布密,导致钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程的施工质量控制难度增大,故需要解决各项工作与厚重钢骨施工的配合问题。经分析研究并通过各项施工质量控制技术的应用,终使地下室结构得以高质量完工,亦为今后类似超高层结构的施工提供了借鉴。
The main building of Hang Lung Plaza in Kunming City, Yunnan Province, is 349 m high and 4 floors underground, located in an earthquake zone.
