在市场竞争逐渐激烈的情境下,我国汽车工业获得了较大的进步,为了切实提升汽车生产管理的能力,制造更有竞争力的汽车,需要在汽车生产的现场产品控制、信息利用以及信息采集方面加强工作力度。本文分析了RFID技术在当前汽车制造企业的实际应用,并且分析了相应的需求和优势,探讨了汽车生产线融入RFID技术的模式。在实际的生产线中设置RFID采集点,能够获得实时的车辆队列信息,并且发挥在线检测质量以及定位跟踪的功能。
