Hammett 公式最初是在化学动力学中引用的,在1952—1954年间 Jaft Kai-de,Matoya mat 和 Imato Zamm,Grabo vski,Tiroufletde,Matoya mat 和 Imato Zamm,Grabo vski,Tirouflet和其他一些研究者,各自独立地得出结论:Hammett 公式也适用于芳香族极谱还原过程,并用它解释半波电位受取代基影响而发生移动的现象。如用公式表示这种关系,则如下:△E_(1/2)=ρ_Rσ_XZaman 曾用40种不同系列的苯衍生物(具有极谱活性基团),来检证过这个公式。
Hammett’s formula was first referenced in chemical kinetics. Between 1952 and 1954 Jaft Kai-de, Matoya mat and Imato Zamm, Grabo vski, Tiroufletde, Matoya mat and Imato Zamm, Grabo vski, Tirouflet and others, each Independently concludes that the Hammett’s formula is also applicable to the aromatic polarographic reduction process and uses it to explain the shift in half-wave potential due to substituents. If we use the formula to express this relation, we can get the following formula: △ E 1/2 (1/2) = ρ_Rσ_XZaman This formula was proved by 40 different series of benzene derivatives (with polar active groups).
