吉林工业大学图书馆工程,建筑面积为11358平方米;框架结构,外围护墙为红砖与加气混凝土砌块组合墙体,内隔墙为加气混凝土砌块墙体,室内粉饰为混合砂装打底,麻刀白灰罩面,室内抹灰面积达3万多平方米。由于该工程加气混凝土砌块墙面抹灰面积较大,为确保工程质量,抹灰前针对加气混凝土墙面易出现空鼓、裂缝、脱落等现象进行了分析,原因主要有以下几点:1.加气混凝土砌块空隙率大,吸水性大。2.加气混凝土砌块与抹灰层材料的线膨胀系数差异较大。3.加气混凝土砌块本身强度较低,表面粗糙,与抹灰面结合时可

Due to the large plastering area of the aerated concrete block wall in this project, in order to ensure the quality of the project, the empty concrete drums, cracks, and shedding of the aerated concrete wall surface are analyzed before plastering. The main reasons are as follows: : 1. Aerated concrete blocks have large voids and large water absorption. 2. The coefficient of linear expansion of the aerated concrete block and plaster material is quite different. 3. The aerated concrete block has low strength and rough surface and can be combined with the plastering surface.
