采用浸涂法在硅烷偶联剂表面改性的TiNi合金表面制备环氧树脂/聚四氟乙烯涂层,研究不同硅烷偶联剂对涂层附着力的影响规律。揭示了硅烷偶联剂提高涂层附着力的机制。考察涂层牙弓丝的生物相容性及涂层对TiNi合金中Ni离子析出的影响,并对比涂层与未涂层牙弓丝在口腔正畸中的效果。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂的浓度对涂层与TiNi合金之间的附着力有显著影响,并且随着浓度的增加,附着力先增大后减小。EP/PTFE涂层有效地抑制TiNi合金中Ni离子的析出,同时具有良好的生物相容性。
Epoxy resin / polytetrafluoroethylene coating was prepared on the surface of TiNi alloy modified by silane coupling agent by dipping method to study the influence of different silane coupling agents on coating adhesion. The mechanism of silane coupling agent to improve coating adhesion was revealed. To investigate the biocompatibility of the coated dental archwire and the effect of the coating on the Ni ion precipitation in the TiNi alloy, and to compare the effect of the coated and uncoated dental archwire in orthodontic treatment. The results show that the concentration of silane coupling agent has a significant effect on the adhesion between the coating and the TiNi alloy. With the increase of the concentration, the adhesion first increases and then decreases. The EP / PTFE coating effectively inhibits the precipitation of Ni ions in the TiNi alloy and has good biocompatibility.
