大栅栏地区凭借其诸多老字号而广为人知,大栅栏地区既有闻名遐迩的一面,也有其传统与落后的一面——90%是平房户,街巷低洼易涝,房屋年代久远,居民多为下岗、失业、老弱病残等弱势群体,这成为制约大栅栏发展和民生改善的瓶颈。本文试图在这样一个古都风貌保护区的背景下,把基层党建(社区党建)与老百姓的民生问题联系起来,寻求解决当地民生问题的途径。
Dashilan area is well-known for its many old and famous, Dashilan area both the famous side, but also its traditional and backward side - 90% of cottage owners, low streets and waterlogging, housing ages, mostly laid-off residents, Unemployment, the elderly and the sick and other disadvantaged groups, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Dashilan and people’s livelihood improvement. This paper attempts to connect grass-roots party building (community party building) with the people’s livelihood issues in the context of such an ancient capital-style nature reserve and seek ways to solve the livelihood problems in the area.
