2011年1月28日,这一天,人们期待了十多年的房产税不期而至,突然之间在重庆、上海两地,以两种不同版本同时宣布开征。这只是中国房产税开征的两个试点城市,征收的办法也只是试行,因此,房产税开征究竟会如何演变?可以说,这依旧是一个中国之问。
On January 28, 2011, on this day, people expected more than a decade of property tax unexpectedly. Suddenly, they were announced in two different versions at the same time in Chongqing and Shanghai. This is only the two pilot cities where the real estate tax in China is levied. The method of expropriation is only a pilot project. Therefore, how will the property tax levy evolve?
