顶岗实习是高职教育中的重要教学环节,是在真实职业环境下培养学生职业素质和职业能力的重要载体,加强顶岗实习的管理与过程监控,对于提高高职院校的人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文结合青岛酒店管理职业技术学院酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习的管理实践,对构建“任务驱动”的顶岗实习管理模式进行了有益的探索。
