对卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构优化设计进行了研究。首先,推导出了六杆变速机构滑块的位移和速度公式。其次,根据六杆变速机构结构的特点,建立了卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构优化设计数学模型。最后,用C++语言和半惩罚函数优化方法,编写了卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构优化设计程序,以1250kN卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构为例进行优化设计,优化结果较令人满意。
The optimization design of six-bar speed change mechanism of horizontal drawing press was studied. First of all, the displacement and velocity formulas of six-bar speed changer slider are deduced. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the six-bar speed changer mechanism, the mathematical model of six-bar speed changer optimization design for horizontal drawing press is established. Finally, with C ++ language and semi-penalty function optimization method, the optimization design program of six-bar speed changer for horizontal drawing press was programmed. The optimization design was made by taking the 1250kN horizontal drawing press six-bar speed changer as an example. People are satisfied.
