对近年来利用爆炸成形技术成形与修复内腔精度高且形状复杂的管式连铸结晶器质量进行了总结,并在大量实验和数值模拟的基础上,对爆炸成形与修复过程进行了分析。分析结果表明,采用爆炸成形加工方法成形与修复管式结晶器可以达到良好的成形精度,且爆炸硬化效应明显,药量等诸多影响因素对成形结果至关重要。这对进一步提高应用爆炸成形与修复管式结晶器技术具有一定指导意义。
In recent years, the quality of tubular continuous casting molds with high precision and complicated shape formed and modified by explosion forming technique was summarized. Based on a large number of experiments and numerical simulations, the forming and repairing process of explosion was analyzed. The analysis results show that forming and repairing tubular mold by explosive forming method can achieve good forming precision with obvious effect of explosive hardening. Many influencing factors such as dosage and so on are crucial to the forming result. This is of guiding significance for further improving the application of explosion forming and repairing tubular mold technology.
