采用水热法合成出一种新型金属有机功能配合物{[Mn_3(C_(12)H_6O_4)_4]~(2-)(C_(11)H_(18)N_4)~(2+)}_n(C_(12)H_6O_4为去质子化的1,4-萘二甲酸,(C_(11)H_(18)N_4)~(2+)为质子化的1,1’-(1,5-戊烷基)二咪唑).通过X射线单晶衍射技术对该化合物进行结构表征,结果表明该化合物属于单斜晶系C2/c空间群,其晶胞参数分别为a=1.197 95(4)nm,b=2.764 57(10)nm,c=1.564 51(5)nm,α=90°,β=9.372 90(10)°,γ=90°,Z=4,V=5.170 4(3)nm3,F(000)=2 508.锰离子以六配位的方式与6个1,4-萘二甲酸中的氧原子结合形成扭曲的八面体构型.C_(11)H_(18)N_4分子以游离形式存在于体系中,一方面质子化后起到平衡电荷的作用;另一方面与1,4-萘二甲酸羰基氧原子形成丰富的氢键作用力.有机配体1,4-萘二甲酸以不同的配位模式连接中心锰原子,最终使配合物形成了一个具有网状结构的三维配位聚合物.磁学性质研究表明:该配合物存在弱的反铁磁性,线性拟合得到配合物的居里外斯温度T=-16.265 197 K.CCDC:1517397.
