本文以大豆亲本品种为试材,分析主要数量性状的遗传参数表明:各亲本间差异显著,一株荚数、一株粒数、单株数、单株粒重、百粒重变异程度高。未虫食率、抗病指数遗传力大。一株粒数、一株荚数、抗病指数遗传进度、相对遗传进度及其与单株产量的相关遗传进度值均较高。由一株荚数、一株粒数、百粒重、抗病指数、未虫食率组成的选择指数方程,综合选择响应值大。
In this study, the soybean parental varieties were used as materials to analyze the genetic parameters of the main quantitative traits. The results showed that there was a significant difference among parents, with a pod number, a grain number, a single plant number, a grain weight per plant, and a high variation degree of 100 kernel weight. Insect feeding rate, disease resistance index heritability. A grain number, a pod number, the disease resistance index of the genetic progress, the relative genetic progress and yield per plant relative genetic progress values are higher. The selection index equation consisting of a pod number, a grain number, a hundred kernel weight, disease resistance index and non-insect feeding rate has a large comprehensive response value.
