经4年2周期重复配组、多粒次的10%十二烷基磺酸钠凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)测定,证实了Pan555/郑891的杂种F1籽粒中10号(或)及9号高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)发生了畸变,且其F1植株亦都重现杂种坏死现象。测交表明Pan555带有杂种坏死基因Ne2,郑891带有杂种坏死基因Ne1,由郑891衍生的晋麦61号不带N61。
The results of SDS-PAGE assay showed that 10 (or) and 9 (subscript 9) of hybrid F1 of Pan555 / Zheng 891 were confirmed by repeated grouping and multileafing 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoresis No. HMW-GS was distorted, and F1 plants also reproduce hybrid necrosis. Cross-pollination showed that Pan555 had a hybrid necrosis gene Ne2, Zheng 891 with a hybrid necrosis gene Ne1, and Jinmai 61 derived from Zheng 891 without N61.
