设计了一种基于红外测温技术的炉膛出口烟气温度在线检测系统,研究了适用于电站锅炉炉膛出口截面温度场的重构方法.通过在炉膛出口处的测量截面合理安装具有扫描功能的红外测温装置,获得实时烟气平均温度;利用所测在线数据,借助傅里叶正则化算法,实现对测量截面烟气温度场的准确重构.结果表明:由测温装置扫描形成的测温路径在20~30条之间、傅里叶展开项为九项时,重构温度场效果最佳;重建温度场最大误差为42.2 K,重构时间在2 s左右,满足在线检测要求.
An on-line detection system of flue gas temperature at the outlet of the furnace was designed based on infrared temperature measurement technology. The reconstruction method of temperature field at the outlet of the boiler was studied. The maximum error of reconstruction temperature is 42.2 K and reconstruction time is about 2 s, which meets the requirement of on-line inspection.
