这种混频器包括网端环行器、二极管管座和用来抑制乱真(Spurious)频率信号的滤波器。输入信号的标称频率是6千兆赫。本机振荡器信号调制从输入端看过去反射系数,由此产生两个边带的信号。带宽为490兆赫,A 频段的输入信号频率为5.93~6.155千兆赫,B 频段的输入信号频率6.195~6.42千兆赫。为高可靠起见,选用了点接触式硅二极管作为有源元件来取代常用的肖特基势垒二极管。在定向滤波器中还采用了微带线技术,以减轻重量。
Such mixers include a network circulator, a diode header, and a filter to reject spurious frequency signals. The nominal frequency of the input signal is 6 GHz. Local oscillator signal modulation seen from the input reflection coefficient, thus generating two sideband signals. The bandwidth is 490 MHz, the input signal frequency in A band is 5.93 ~ 6.155 GHz, and the input signal frequency in B band is 6.195 ~ 6.42 GHz. For high reliability, the point-contact silicon diodes were chosen as active components to replace the commonly used Schottky barrier diodes. In the directional filter also uses the microstrip line technology to reduce weight.
