探讨多元化教学法在《护理学基础》教学中的应用效果。方法:于2015年1月到2016年1月间,在文山州卫生学校选择护理学120例学生作为研究对象,将所有学生随机分为常规组(n=60)和多元组(n=60),所有学生均进行《护理学基础》学习,对常规组学生实施传统教学法,对多元组学生实施多元化教学法,统计对比两组学生的教学效果及教学满意度状况。结果:多元组学生理论成绩、基础操作成绩及学生教学满意度评分与常规组学生相比明显较高,P<0.05。结论:多元化教学法在《护理学基础》教学中的应用效果显著,可在教学中推广运用。
To explore the application effect of diversified teaching method in Nursing Foundation teaching. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 120 students from Nursing School of Wenshan Prefecture were selected as study subjects, all students were randomly divided into routine group (n = 60) and multiple group (n = 60) , All students carried out “basic nursing” learning, carrying out the traditional teaching method for the students in the regular group, implementing diversified teaching methods for the multi-talented students, and comparing and contrasting the teaching effect and the teaching satisfaction status of the two groups of students. Results: The scores of theoretical achievement, basic operation achievement and students’ teaching satisfaction score of multivariate students were significantly higher than those of the regular students (P <0.05). Conclusion: Diversified teaching methods have significant effect in the teaching of “basic nursing science” and can be applied in teaching.
