目的了解新疆和田地区墨玉县芒来乡达汗村维吾尔族(维族)村民膳食结构、饮食习惯和健康情况。方法对达汗村252名维族村民进行膳食结构和饮食习惯问卷调查,现场测量身高、体质量、血压及血糖,计算体质指数。结果 56.0%的村民超重或肥胖;25.5%的村民空腹血糖高于正常;17.5%的村民舒张压处于临界值,16.6%的村民舒张压高于正常。43.7%的村民常吃的主食种类为3~5种,77%的村民每天食盐摄入量在10~20 g,村民喜欢吃油炸食品,饮水量偏少,水产品摄入少。结论新疆和田地区墨玉县芒来乡达汗村维族村民食物种类少,主副食搭配不够合理,营养不均衡,可能导致肥胖、糖尿病和高血压高发。
Objective To understand the dietary structure, eating habits and health status of Uygur (Uygur) villagers in Dahan Village, Manglai Township, Moyu County, Hetian County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Methods A total of 252 Uygur villagers in Dahan village were surveyed for dietary structure and eating habits. Height, body weight, blood pressure and blood sugar were measured on site, and body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Results 56.0% of the villagers were overweight or obese; 25.5% of the villagers had fasting blood glucose above normal; 17.5% of the villagers’ diastolic blood pressure was at the critical point and 16.6% of the villagers had higher than normal diastolic blood pressure. 43.7% of villagers eat 3 to 5 kinds of staple food, 77% of villagers daily salt intake in 10 ~ 20g, villagers like to eat fried foods, drinking less water, less aquatic products intake. Conclusion The Uygur villagers in Da Khan Village, Manlai Township, Moyu County, Hetian Prefecture, Xinjiang, have a few kinds of food. The combination of main and non-staple foods is not reasonable enough and nutrition is not balanced, which may lead to high incidence of obesity, diabetes and hypertension.
