南京政府时期浙江的防空建设进行得有声有色。创设防空管理机构,监管防空事业;组建防空社团,扩大防空宣传;开办学校,进行防空教育;开掘防空工事,寓防于民;开展防空演习、防空培训,提升防空意识等。这些活动推进了防空事业的发展,取得了较为积极的成效。但是,由于外敌入侵的加快和财力困乏等因素,一些防空活动未能达到预期目的。
During the Nanjing government, the air defense in Zhejiang was flourishing. Establish air defense agencies and supervise air defense; set up air defense associations and expand anti-air propaganda; start schools to carry out air defense education; excavate air defense and anti-aircraft militaries; carry out air defense exercises and air defense training; and raise their awareness of air defense. These activities have promoted the development of air defense and have achieved relatively positive results. However, some air defense activities failed to achieve their intended objectives due to the accelerating invasion by foreign enemies and the lack of financial resources.
