叶圣陶同志谈到“语文”一词的含义时说,语,即口头语言;文,即书面语言。由于当今考试形式的限制,也因为口头语言自身固有的特点,目前口头语言还没能找到它直接考查的形式。正因为这样,朗读教学作为语文教学的重要组成部分,却在实际教学中受到冷落。语文老师只注重分析讲解课文,而不愿花时间指导朗读,有时虽在公开教学时会来一两段朗读,那也只不过是一种点缀,并不符合朗读教学的要求,也无法达到它的教学效果。
