1)用卤代烃对呋喃甲酰乙酸乙酯进行烃基化时,除活泼的丙烯式氯苄外,正氯代烃都不能进行反应,但溴或碘代烃则得到正常的产物。2)烃基化产物(Ⅰ)经水解得到呋喃酮(Ⅱ),再经肟还原到相应的胺,经酰基化以保护氨基,最后氧化为α-氨基酸的苯甲酰基衍生物。3)用本文所述方法制得的α-氨基酸衍生物(Ⅳ)R—CH—COOHNH CoC_6 H_5,其中R基为氢,甲基,正-丁基,正-戊基,正-庚基以及苄基。
