本文探讨了医院形象的内涵和外显,医院形象的功能和作用,医院形象的设计目标和医院形象的塑造方法。其目的在于提高医院的素质,提高医院的知名度和美誉度,以利于患者择院就医,利于医院业务的开展。
This article discusses the connotation and manifestation of the hospital image, the function and role of the hospital image, the design goal of the hospital image and the method of shaping the hospital image. Its purpose is to improve the quality of the hospital, improve the hospital’s popularity and reputation, in order to facilitate the patient’s choice of hospital for medical treatment, which is conducive to the development of hospital business.
