盘锦北方沥青股份有限公司作为兵器集团公司旗下的一家石油炼制企业,置身于复杂多变的环境中,能够在三桶油的夹缝中不断发展壮大,一是取决于领导班子对市场的前瞻性;二是全体员工思想的转变、管理模式的转型。随着市场化、国际化、信息化的迅速发展增加了环境的变数,给公司的发展带来了不确定性和风险性。面对复杂多变的市场环境,公司从精益每一处、节约每一分上要效益;从占有市场份额、抓住市场先机上求发展;从粗放式管理向精益化管理方向转型,确定了闭环式的成本管理模式,实现了企业价值创造。此篇专题调研针对闭环式成本管理如何提升企业价值创造进行了阐述。
