研究了基质盐度对长期培养的木榄(Bruguieragymnorrhiza)幼苗生长的影响.在基质盐度0~50的范围内,随基质盐度的提高,木榄幼苗的生长具低盐促进和高盐抑制的特点,干物质的积累朝有机物合成场所(叶片)和养分吸收器官(细根)转移.木榄幼苗的最适生长盐度为10左右.在一定的盐度范围内,木榄幼苗通过增加平均单叶面积和叶片寿命来增加光合作用面积.木榄幼苗的正常生长需要一定的盐分.
The effects of substrate salinity on the growth of long-term cultivated Bruguiera gymnorrhiza seedlings were studied. In the range of 0 ~ 50 salinity, with the increase of substrate salinity, the growth of M. gramineus seedlings was characterized by low salinity and high salt inhibition. The accumulation of dry matter turned toward organic synthesis sites (leaves) and nutrient uptake organs Fine root) transfer. The optimum growth of Salix seedlings is about 10 salinity. Within a certain range of salinity, the seedlings of M. indicum increased the area of photosynthesis by increasing the average leaf area and leaf life.
