在加工锥齿轮中,除齿形有其特点外,齿坯测量也有其特点。锥齿轮的轮冠距是一个重要的参数,它直接影响齿轮加工质量和使用性能。一般说来,齿坯测量要有专门的轮冠距检验夹具和样板,但在单件小批生产量中,不可能具备这些夹具和样板,在此情况下,如何精确地测量出轮冠距,一直是生产中的一个难题。在实践中,我们摸索出一种间接的万能测量方法,在此作一简单介绍。 1.锥齿轮轮冠距的作用 (1)轮冠距控制了面锥的高低,使锥齿轮在传动中有合适的顶隙,以保证传动的平稳性和润滑油的贮存。 (2)锥齿轮的齿厚在大端测量,轮冠距控制了背锥的位置,从而使齿厚测量有其可靠性。锥齿轮的齿坯如图1所示,δ_a为锥齿轮面锥角、
