实验依次采用热水抽提、有机溶剂分步萃取,再用乙醇沉淀法反复多次沉淀提取所要的多糖,然后采用DEAE-离子交换纤维柱,以不同浓度的NaHCO3为洗脱液进行纯化分离,再经SephadexG-200柱层析纯化得到两种水溶性多糖PCE-CH和PCE-CL,其中PCE-CH为主导成分。HPLC测得PCE-CH的分子量为1.150×105Da,气相色谱法分析其单糖组成为葡萄糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖及鼠李糖,1H-NMR及13C-NMR表明其分子为具有β-1→3糖苷键的杂多糖。

The monosaccharide composition of glucose, galactose, arabinose and rhamnose was analyzed by gas chromatography. The results of 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR showed that the molecular weight of PCE-CH was β-1 → 3 glycosidic bond of heteropolysaccharide.
