农民工是中国过去三十多年诞生的一个特殊群体,在改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中,亿万怀揣着梦想的农家子弟离开村,涌入城市,成为中国现代化建设不可或缺的一支新型力量。本文从浙江省外来务工人员的基本情况出发,结合浙江省流动人口服务管理作的实践和探索,分析当前流动人口服务管理面临的新形势、新问题,进行认真思考,对如何完善和创新流动人口服务管理工作,推进进城工人员融入城市谈点粗浅的看法。
