探讨高碘仔鼠脑组织中NO含量的变化以及牛磺酸和DHA、EPA对此的影响。将小鼠随机分为适碘组、高碘组、牛磺酸组和DHA、EPA组,测定各组30日龄仔鼠脑组织中NO的含量。结果显示高碘组30日龄仔鼠脑组织中NO含量下降,明显低于适碘组、牛磷酸组和DHA、FPA组(P<0.01),牛磺酸组、DHA、EPA组与适碘组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验结果提示高碘仔鼠脑组织中NO含量的下降可能是导致高碘引发脑功能障碍的原因之一,牛磺酸和DHA、EPA能通过提高脑组织中NO的含量来拮抗高碘所致的脑损伤。
To investigate the changes of NO content in brain tissue of high iodine rats and the effects of taurine, DHA and EPA on them. The mice were randomly divided into iodine group, iodine group, taurine group and DHA, EPA group. The content of NO in brain tissue of 30-day-old offspring of each group was determined. The results showed that the content of NO in the brain tissue of the 30-day-old offspring rats in the high iodine group was significantly lower than that in the iodine group, the bovine phosphate group, the DHA group and the FPA group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The experimental results suggest that the decrease of NO content in brain tissue of high iodine-induced neonatal rats may be one of the reasons leading to high iodine-induced brain dysfunction. Taurine and DHA and EPA can antagonize the high iodine by increasing the content of NO in brain tissue Brain damage.
