在40例膀胱移行上皮乳头状瘤及移行细胞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级病变的石蜡组织切片上,采用AgNOR染色技术,进行了核仁组成区嗜银蛋白的研究。结果表明,除移行上皮乳头状瘤与移行细胞癌Ⅰ级间P>0.05,AgNOR计数无显著差异外,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三级移行细胞癌中AgNOR计数均有显著意义(P<0.01)。当对移行细胞癌进行分级遇到困难时,可能采用AgNOR技术对肿瘤分级的诊断具有辅助作用。
In 40 cases of bladder transitional epithelial papilloma and transitional cell carcinoma Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade paraffin sections, AgNOR staining was used to study the nucleolar organizer region of argyrophilic protein. The results showed that there was significant difference in AgNOR count between grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ transitional cell carcinoma (P <0.01), except for the difference between grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅰ in transitional epithelial papilloma and transitional cell carcinoma (P> 0.05) . When classifying transitional cell carcinoma in difficulty, AgNOR may be used to assist in the classification of tumors.
