本文首次测定了高频脉冲TIG焊电弧阳极的平均电流密度分布及其中心电流密度动态过程,研究其变化规律并建立了数学模型,从而探讨了高频脉冲TIG焊电弧的高频效应机理。实验研究表明高频脉冲TIG焊电弧阳极能量密度高于直流电弧,小电流时高频效应显著,适宜焊接精密超薄件,推荐脉冲频率为20kHz。
This paper firstly measured the average current density distribution and the center current density dynamic process of the high frequency pulsed TIG welding arc anode, studied its variation and established the mathematical model, and discussed the high frequency effect mechanism of high frequency pulsed TIG welding arc anode. Experimental results show that the energy density of high-frequency pulsed TIG arc anode is higher than that of DC arc, and the high-frequency effect is remarkable at low current. It is suitable for welding ultra-thin precision parts. The recommended pulse frequency is 20kHz.
