为了探讨市售绿茶农药残留的快速检测方法,以风牌、莉顿、营仔、粤北4种绿茶为样本,通过充分的预处理,采用酶抑制率法对茶叶中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留进行了测定。结果表明:不同品牌的绿茶提取液,对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制率差异达到极显著水平。由此可知,4种绿茶的农药残留从高到低依次为风牌绿茶>粤北绿茶>营仔绿茶>莉顿绿茶。文章还讨论了酶抑制率法测定茶叶中农药残留需要注意的一些问题,为类似的农产品农药残留检测提供了一条新途径。
In order to explore the rapid detection method of pesticide residues in green tea, four kinds of green tea (FENGLI, LITON, BAIZI, YUEBEI) were used as samples. Through the pretreatment, the enzyme inhibition rate was used to determine the contents of organophosphorus and carbamate Pesticide residues were measured. The results showed that: different brands of green tea extract, acetylcholinesterase inhibition rate reached a very significant level. This shows that four kinds of green tea pesticide residues in descending order of wind brand green tea> Yuebei Green Tea> Camp Tsai Green Tea> Li Eaton green tea. The article also discussed some problems that should be noticed when measuring the pesticide residues in tea by enzyme inhibition rate method, which provided a new way for the detection of pesticide residues in similar agricultural products.
