随着幼儿教育事业的发展,幼儿园的教育科研工作越来越引起幼教工作者的重视,“以科研促教改,以教改促质量”成为所有幼教工作者的共识。通过吸引教师参与幼儿园的教育科研工作,实现教师观念转变,优化教师行为,促进幼儿园教师的专业成长,形成一支学习型、研究型、反思型的教师队伍,已经成为提高幼儿园教师整体素质的有效途径。
