目的运用HPLC-DAD-ESI-Q-TOF/MS法鉴别和测定金银忍冬中主要化学成分。方法采用HPLC-DAD-ESI-Q-TOF/MS技术对金银忍冬中化学成分进行鉴别,采用HPLC-DAD法分析测定金银忍冬中的主要化学成分的量。结果从金银忍冬中检测到31个色谱峰,并鉴定出19种化学成分,测定了金银忍冬3个花期中10种主要成分(马钱酸、绿原酸、马钱苷、莫诺苷、断氧化马钱苷、芦丁、金丝桃苷、木犀草苷、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C)的量。结论金银忍冬花蕾期的主要化学成分量高于白花期和黄花期;金银忍冬花蕾与金银花中10种化学成分的量及分布特征相近;为开发利用金银忍冬药用资源提供数据支持。
OBJECTIVE To identify and determine the main chemical constituents of honeysompinum by HPLC-DAD-ESI-Q-TOF / MS. Methods The chemical constituents were identified by HPLC-DAD-ESI-Q-TOF / MS. HPLC-DAD method was used to determine the main chemical constituents of Lonicera. Results 31 chromatographic peaks were detected from honeysolide, and 19 chemical constituents were identified. Ten main constituents were identified during the three florescences of honeysilicia luteolol (magainine, chlorogenic acid, loganin, morroniside , Loganin oxide, rutin, hyperoside, luteolin, isocrochloric acid A, and iso-chlorogenic acid C). Conclusion The main chemical constituents in the honeysuckle honeysuckle stage are higher than that in the white florescence stage and the flowering stage. The quantities and distribution characteristics of 10 chemical constituents in the honeysuckle honeysuckle flower buds are similar to those in honeysuckle, and provide the data support for the development and utilization of medicinal resources.
