目的了解山东省黄海海域主要海水产品中硼本底含量及居民膳食摄入量,为质量监管及指导饮食等提供参考。方法 2014-2015年,在黄海海域采集各类海水产品211份,采用ICP-MS法检测海水产品中硼含量;结合2010-2013年中国居民营养与健康状况调查,对居民海水产品中硼的摄入量进行初步估计。结果双壳类海水产品中硼本底含量最高,为4.65 mg/kg。鱼类海水产品中硼本底含量最低,为0.82 mg/kg。其他类(海蜇)、头足类、甲壳类海水产品中硼本底含量分别为3.25 mg/kg,2.59 mg/kg,1.91 mg/kg。初步估计了山东省居民海水产品硼的摄入量约为0.16mg/d。结论山东省黄海海域不同种类海水产品中硼本底含量存在差异,双壳类海水产品硼本底含量最高,鱼类海水产品硼本底含量最低。山东省居民海水产品中硼的膳食暴露量较低,居民总膳食硼的摄入量处于安全范围。
Objective To understand the content of boron and the dietary intake of the main marine products in the Yellow Sea of Shandong Province and to provide reference for quality control and diet guidance. Methods A total of 211 seawater products were collected in the Yellow Sea from 2014 to 2015. The content of boron in seawater products was measured by ICP-MS. According to the survey of nutrition and health of Chinese residents in 2010-2013, Preliminary estimates of the amount of input. Results The borax content of bivalve marine products was the highest at 4.65 mg / kg. Fish bottoms have the lowest boron background at 0.82 mg / kg. The contents of boron background in other species (jellyfish), cephalopods and crustacean seawater were 3.25 mg / kg, 2.59 mg / kg and 1.91 mg / kg, respectively. Preliminary estimates of Shandong Province residents seafood intake of boron is about 0.16mg / d. Conclusion There is a difference in the content of boron background between different kinds of marine products in the Yellow Sea of Shandong Province. The content of boron in bivalve marine products is the highest, and the content of boron in fish products is the lowest. Dietary exposure to boron in seawater products from Shandong Province is relatively low, and residents’ intake of total dietary boron is in a safe range.
