随着我国经济的飞速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,农产品加工企业面临着巨大的生存压力。如何改善农产品加工企业财务管理中存在的问题,提升企业经营效益,迎合市场需求已然成为农产品加工企业关注的焦点。本文系统地分析了农产品加工企业财务管理存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了针对性的改善措施,以期为农产品加工企业财务管理决策提供参考,从而提升企业市场竞争能力。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the increasingly fierce market competition, agricultural product processing enterprises are under tremendous pressure to survive. How to improve the financial management of agricultural products processing enterprises to improve the business efficiency, to meet market demand has become the focus of agricultural products processing enterprises. This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of agricultural products processing enterprises and puts forward some improvement measures to these problems so as to provide references for the decision-making of financial management of agricultural products processing enterprises so as to enhance their market competitiveness.
