在多元价值观的碰撞与交流的背景下,为了使学生在道德认知上走出困惑,我们需要不断加强其主体地位的培养与开发,而不能简单地将人的本质看作是既定的性质或实体。基于此,笔者试图从以下三个方面对班主任开展德育工作提出自己的建议以期交流共享。一、引导学生发现自我初中生在生理上正处于脱离儿童阶段的过渡时期,伴随这一生理上的急剧变化,他们的心理结构也发生着的重组,他们不仅产生了强烈的独立意向,而且思想活跃、精力充沛,具有很强的自我实现
