我矿勘探队水平钻所用水接头,采用A3钢制成。此件壁薄,热处理淬火变形较大,耐磨性极差,受水侵蚀即氧化生锈,加速了磨损。为此,我们采用了粉末渗硼工艺。(1)渗硼剂 5%KBF_4+5%B_4C+10%(Ma-Fe)其余为SiC。这种渗剂渗层深,KBF_4和B_4C用量少,不添加其他成分,可连续多次使用。(2)加热把渗剂混匀,装入钢盒中,工件和试样埋入钢盒,加盖密封,放入75kW箱式电炉中。加热温度900℃,保温4h,连钢盒取出空冷至室温。(3)渗硼结果渗硼层由两种硼化物
