本文研究了粉末硼稀土共渗。在渗剂中加入稀土元素后可使渗硼速度提高30%以上,稀土的加入量有一最佳值。渗层中的含镧量为0.5~0.7%(wt)。含铈量为0.1~0.3%(wt)。加入稀土后改善了渗层组织,与单一渗硼层相比,硼稀土共渗后渗层的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性均有明显的提高,尤其是渗层的韧性显著地增大,脆断前吸收的功增大了一倍。
In this paper, boron boride powder infiltration was studied. Adding rare earth elements in the infiltration agent can make the boronizing rate increased by more than 30%, the addition of rare earth has an optimum value. The amount of lanthanum in the infiltrated layer is 0.5 to 0.7% (wt). The content of cerium is 0.1 to 0.3% (wt). Compared with the single boronizing layer, the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the nitrided layer after boron addition are obviously improved, especially the toughness of the layer is obviously increased , The power absorbed before brittle fracture has doubled.
