利用有限元模拟分析,研究了铝合金点焊在采用固定的预应力和变化预应力时,工件与工件间的应力分布状态。结果表明,工件间接触区域的半径比电极端面半经大;随着预应力的增大,工件间出现应力峰值的位置向对称轴方向移动。
The finite element analysis was used to study the stress distribution between the workpiece and the workpiece during spot welding with fixed prestress and varying prestress. The results show that the radius of the contact area between the workpieces is larger than that of the electrode end face. With the increase of the prestress, the position where the stress peak appears between the workpieces moves towards the symmetry axis.
