一、课例背景上海市《生命科学》高中第一册第四章“生命的物质变化和能量转换”安排了“生物催化剂——酶”。这部分内容既是“生命科学探究的一般步骤”、“物质和结构基础”知识的延续,又是学习“影响光合作用和呼吸作用因素”知识的基础。本节课教学活动的展开是建立在学生实验的基础上,保证每位学生亲历实验、仔细观察、充分讨论是完成本次教学的关键。在学生亲历实验的基础上,以问题为向导,引导学生探究酶的主要特性、影响酶活性的主要因素。
