小产权房作为一种游离于法律之外的商品房的一种,其出现有其特殊的原因,本文从我国农村土地制度和与其相关的小产权房卖方和买方市场的形成等方面进行论述,试图说明小产权房是我国不合理的土地制度造成的。
As a kind of commercial real estate which is separated from the law, the small property room has its own special reasons. This article attempts to discuss from the aspects of the rural land system in our country and the formation of the market of the seller and the buyer of the small property house related to it. Description of small property is caused by unreasonable land system in our country.
