提出了Nafion修饰金膜玻碳电极测定痕量硒的新方法。在0.1mol·L~(-1)硫酸和0.01mol·L~(-1)硝酸钠的介质中,Se(Ⅳ)浓度在5.0×10~(-10)~2.5×10~(-8)mol·L~(-1)范围与二次导数峰电流呈良好线性关系,测定下限为5.0×10~(-10)mol·L~(-1)(电积2min)。对含硒量为1.3×10~(-8)mol·L~(-1)溶液,相对标准偏差为3.7%(n=12)。电极修饰后方法的选择性、灵敏度、重现性和分辨率都有改善。方法已成功地用于猪肾和不同人发中的硒含量测定。
A new method for the determination of trace selenium with Nafion modified gold film glassy carbon electrode was proposed. The concentration of Se (Ⅳ) in the medium of 0.1mol·L -1 sulfuric acid and 0.01mol·L -1 sodium nitrate was in the range of 5.0 × 10 -10 ~ 2.5 × 10 -8, The linear range of mol·L ~ (-1) was linear with the second derivative peak current. The lower limit of determination was 5.0 × 10 -10 mol·L -1 (2 min). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.7% (n = 12) for the solution containing 1.3 × 10 ~ (-8) mol·L -1 selenium. Electrode modified method of selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility and resolution have improved. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of selenium in porcine kidney and different human hair.
